My Fitness Journey
As a fitness enthusiast, my goal has always been to help others achieve their full potential. I founded Hall Nutrition in 2000 as a way to expand my reach beyond the clients I see in person.
Today, I continue to offer workout tips and diet guidance informed by my decades of experience in the fitness world, but the blog is so much more than that.
